HUNTER SAFETY COURSES
Virginia Dept of Game and Inland Fisheries - age 11-15
This class is required for children 12-15 years old to get a hunting license. Class is recommended for 11 year olds as well. There is a test at the end of this two-day class. All supplies are included and class is free. We have two dates for you to pick from. You MUST pre-register, space is limited.
Time: Saturday 8:00 am-5:00 pm & Sunday 8:00 am - noon
Date: October 14 and 15, 2000
Place: Indian Acres Sportsman's Club
Instructor: Virginia Dept of Game and Inland Fisheries
Fee: FREE, must pre-register, space is limited.

FASHION CROCHET
Create your own designer items - 12 years and older
Hey Teens! Learn how to crochet the trendiest items, and finish class with your very own fashion apperel. Hilary Johnson, of Creative Notions,has a pattern for a sweater, a vest, a cover-up and a crochet boa. You get to choose which project you want to create.Be sure to pick up a supply list when you register.
Time: Saturdays, 10:30 am - noon
Date: October 7-21, 2000 or November 4-18, 2000
Place: SCTSC, Marshall Center, Room B

Fee: $5 per person ($35 for non-county) - pick up a supply list when you register
